With over 25 years in International Business, Cruise Lines and Hospitality, Sam has turned his attentions towards using his knowledge and experience to assist cruise lines with procurement needs.

Paul Chan
Global Operations Manager
Paul oversees the Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific regions. His background is through both food and beverage and cruise lines with extensive business and networking skills. He can find and items needed and solve any issues that may arise.

Thomas Douglass
Mediterranean Operations
Thomas is based in Italy with the Mediterranean operations. He comes from a Food and Hospitality background specialising in fine dining and boutique, hard to source items. He has been working with cruise lines for a number of years and is in charge of the smooth running of procurement in this region.

European Operations Manager
Yavuz has a broad business background with experience across many fields including extensive experience both onboard and ground based Cruise operations. It is this reason that he is our head of European Operations, overseeing all activities across the continent.
